Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 24 June 2026 · Last updated: 24 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arthara, a stock-market analysis service for Indonesian equities (IDX) operated by Arthara ("Arthara", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Arthara.
1. The service
Arthara provides analytical tools for the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX): broker-flow tracking, smart-money signals, Wyckoff structure detection, regime classification, screening, and related data visualisations. The service surfaces patterns in publicly reported market data to help you do your own research.
2. Informational only — not financial advice
All data, analysis, scores, signals, verdicts, and any other output on Arthara are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on the platform constitutes, or should be construed as, financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product.
We are not a licensed broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Trading carries substantial risk of loss; past performance does not guarantee future results. Always do your own research (DYOR) and consider consulting a licensed professional familiar with your situation.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Arthara. Authentication is handled by Clerk; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Arthara is offered on subscription tiers, each granting access for a fixed billing period (for example monthly, semi-annual, or annual). The available tiers, their features, prices in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and billing period are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Your payment buys access for the billing period you pay for, and that access expires automatically at the end of the period. We do not auto-renew and do not auto-charge: each payment is a one-time charge for a single period, and we never store your payment details to bill you again. To continue after a period ends, you make a new payment for the next period — we may remind you before expiry with a one-tap renewal link. If you choose not to renew, your access simply ends and no further charge is made.
We do not pro-rate or refund for partial periods (see §6). We may change subscription prices or tier features; any change applies only to purchases and renewals made after it takes effect, and never to a period you have already paid for. The price and features shown on the pricing page when you pay are the ones that apply to that period.
5. Payments (processed by DOKU)
Payments are processed by DOKU, a licensed third-party payment gateway, using its hosted checkout. When you pay, you are redirected to or interact with DOKU, and your payment is subject to DOKU’ own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.
We never collect or store your full card number, CVV, virtual-account number, or bank credentials. Those details are handled directly by DOKU and the relevant card networks and banks. We receive only payment metadata from DOKU — for example a transaction ID, status, payment method type, amount, and timestamp — which we use to grant and reconcile your subscription.
Access is granted automatically once DOKU notifies us that your payment has succeeded. If a payment is pending, fails, or is later reversed by DOKU or your bank, we may withhold, suspend, or revoke the corresponding access.
6. No-refund policy
Arthara is a digital subscription service and access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Because of this, all payments are final and non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused access, or a change of mind. Because we never auto-renew or auto-charge, you are not billed again automatically — your access simply ends when the period you paid for expires, unless you choose to renew (see §4).
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any right you may have that cannot be waived under applicable Indonesian consumer-protection law. Where such a right applies, this section is read subject to it.
7. Billing reconciliation and disputes
We reconcile our internal payment records against DOKU settlement reports on a regular basis to confirm that payments, entitlements, and settlement amounts match. Settlement timing for a successful payment follows DOKU’ schedule for the relevant payment method.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or paid but did not receive access, contact us at support@arthara.id with your transaction details. We will investigate against the DOKU settlement record and correct any genuine error — for example by granting the access owed or, where a duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed, working with DOKU on the appropriate remedy. This dispute process is separate from the no-refund policy in §6, which concerns valid completed purchases.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, resell, redistribute, or create a derivative or competing service from Arthara data or output without our written permission.
- Share, sublicense, or transfer your account or access credentials, or use the service on behalf of others outside your subscription.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access, circumvent paywalls or rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its operation or security.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, or in violation of applicable Indonesian securities and other laws.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund where permitted by law.
9. Intellectual property
Arthara, including its software, models, scoring methods, visualisations, text, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own research; it does not transfer any ownership.
10. Availability and data accuracy
The service relies on third-party market data and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the data, analysis, or signals are accurate, complete, timely, or uninterrupted, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Market data may be delayed.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arthara and its operators, owners, and contributors shall not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or its data — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continuing to use Arthara after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have under Indonesian law.
